Four phases, three platforms, one anniversary spine that never stops.
The twelve months

Each month has one platform in front. Everything else keeps running underneath. Months carrying milestones show an amber strip — click it to jump straight into that batch.

Everything contacted and not yet closed. This is the list a rep works from, and the one to check before anybody sends another touch.

Won, passed and snoozed, kept on file. A passed milestone is not a dead account — it is a company that now knows who you are, with another milestone five years out.

Every milestone in the next twenty-four months, by the month it lands. Green is worked, grey is untouched.

A lead is a contact who has done something. The score is the sum of what they did, and every lead shows its signals — so a rep knows why it surfaced before they pick up the phone. 0 open leads have no rep.

Reps see this same list, scored the same way, in Sales CRM → Warm leads and on their My Day. How it fits together:.

Pull up any company to call or email a contact. Everything you log or send here lands in that company’s Sales CRM history and counts toward your numbers.

A drop is one item, one list, one cadence. The conversion that matters is not the open — it is somebody telling you their size, because that is a small physical commitment from a person who has decided they want the thing. Sizes coming back is the number to run this on.

0 people have been asked for a size and have not answered yet.

Free Tee Challenge

A weekly email: they send any image, we print it on a free tee and their rep hand-delivers it to their office. The delivery is the point — it is a reason to walk in and say hello. One shirt per person, ever. Claims land on each rep’s My Day in the Sales CRM.

Everyone who has claimed a shirt. Nobody here can be invited again. Their companies are tagged Free Tee Challenge in Company Manager, so they are a ready-made list in Audiences for the next campaign.

The free tee is item 1. Each item after it is hand-delivered with a QR code that opens a challenge; solving it earns the next item, they pick a drop-off time, and the rep confirms. The last step asks for a project. Pick a journey on a Free Tee week and everyone who claims that week starts it.

Fun, ready-to-print designs for people who are not creative or do not use AI. They show on the campaign page as “Pick one of our designs.” Put them in collections (Holy War, Trucking…) and choose a collection in a week’s Edit → Which designs to show only those. Use PNGs with a transparent background, about 3000 px wide, so they print sharp at 10″.

Approved artwork, ready for production. Pick the orders and Send to print queue: each shirt’s art is saved to the print folder with a name that says the order, shirt, print size, quantity and who it is for, plus a packing list, 4×6 package labels and job tickets for the batch. Sent tees move to Printing. Approved journey items people designed (a belt, a hoodie) come here too, and every batch includes a QR sticker sheet for the tees and items in it.

Batches sent

Print the QR stickers or cards that go on each journey item. Every person’s QR is their own — scanning it opens their challenge for that item (and counts it as delivered), so print one per person per item. Use Any link for anything else.

Sequences are the campaigns that run themselves. Each one is triggered by something that already happens in Brandflow — a milestone date crossing a threshold, an order shipping, an account going quiet — so nobody has to remember to start it.

Your groups

Straight from Company Manager. Whatever you tag a company with there shows up here as a list you can send to — no rebuilding, and it stays current on its own.

Built-in audiences

Saved rules rather than saved lists — they re-count against live company and contact data every time you open this page, so a segment never goes stale.

Your annual plan names a metric for every phase and every month. This is whether the data can actually support them. Anything blank says so plainly, with the one field that would fix it — a report that invents a denominator is worse than no report, because somebody will present it.
