SAGE Orders

Every morning Brandflow reads these orders and your presentations and lines up personal notes from the rep: a next-day and one-week check on each presentation (and "keep it open or close it?" after a month), a nudge when a proof sits unapproved, a check-in after delivery, a heads-up before the same event next year, and a restock reminder for items clients order again and again. How the link works

Every SAGE order, quote, invoice and presentation that syncs creates or updates the client in Brandflow, automatically. Companies are matched by SAGE client ID, then name, then email domain; if none match, the company is created. Everything from SAGE is added to the A DeZign Clients group. SAGE wins on address, contact name, phone and title. Company names are never renamed, and a contact SAGE lists at a different company waits below for you to confirm the move.
SAGE Connect has no client/CRM service on this account, so a contact that exists only in SAGE's CRM with no order or presentation yet can't be pulled — use Company Manager's CSV import for those.

Load clients from records already synced

New records link on their own. Run this once after deploying to link the orders and presentations already in Brandflow. Preview shows what would happen without changing anything (counts are estimates when one new company appears on many records).

SAGE automations

SAGE events (new order, rush order, payment received, shipped, presentation viewed, due dates, ...) have been queued for months but nothing ever ran them. Turning this on runs any active automation whose trigger is a SAGE event — including ones that email clients or post to their Hub. Review them in Campaigns → Automations first. Events that arrive while this is off are skipped, not saved up.
